Unless you tucked it without cutting a wire somehow? Or maybe it is easier for a LHD car somehow.
I certainly did not find it easy :/ Had to cut and extend every wire that went into the fuse box in order to move it where i wanted it.E30 325i Touring currently under construction.

i have been practicing painting. turned out pretty good. what a headache. painting jams is so much more work. shit even taping takes a few hours. i have some updates, but need to get some pics uploaded. i have a grey carpet installed. iordered a leather reconditioning kit. re dyeing all seats and console and dash black. i have crack filler for all the cracks in the back seat. i have a full set of bumpers, and valances. I need an IS lip if anyone has one. still have a lot or parts left from the 90 i part out. lmk you need anything. check my other threads.

Looking for late model fogs, E39 Fog lights, cool cheap 17 5x120 wheels.

I was going to, but it needs reconditioning and it was originally beige. The car I parted had a perfect bkackninterior. Black interior looks best, but it is not suited for GA heat IMO. I am thinking of painting 3 colors. Thistle green from a Mercedes, the newer M3 dark yellow and a VW Jazz blue. What do you guys think?Looking for late model fogs, E39 Fog lights, cool cheap 17 5x120 wheels.

I need to add more pics. Phone is not cooperating. I disassembled, welded frame, cleaned, removed all grey dye from the beige sections. Re dyed black. Also dyed the console. Debating pulling the dash to dye, or just try to do it in car. I'll probably pull it out. I am too much of a perfectionist. One seat is done. I need shocks. I can't afford new ones.Looking for late model fogs, E39 Fog lights, cool cheap 17 5x120 wheels.

Little bit of this

Some of the worst of the cracking.
Added this to the arsonel. Its a great gun for the leather dye. I may get crazy and try to use real paint in it someday. Also added a sink this weekend to the garage to aid in cleanup.

Broken bolster frame. Welded both sides.

Close up of the repaired heavy cracking.

BA's picture in bad lighting. Overall I am satisfied, but barely. Its a matte black. Hopefully it will shine up.

Wow those seats! Mine have small cracking like shown, didn't even know its possible for them to be perfect again like yours. I've conditioned them quite a few times, guess I need a better product! Sucks about the wheels man, hopefully you'll find a better set later on.
