Washing off the dust...


Clean! I cannot wait to cut and buff and clay and detail the craaaaaap out of this!


Wired up the megasquirt and soldered the electronic boost controller

Tore down the diff for cleaning and parts replacing. (I took very few pics of this step because people including myself offer this as a service and I respect keeping certain aspects a "trade secret")


Machine cleaned and polished all the nasty mating surfaces and stuff. Bearings, races, seals, and orings all replaced. Gears were actually perfect mesh still. Tolarance was less than +/-.005"

I wanted a "m" finned diff cover.. but for now I just blasted and painted the stock cover.

Blasted case, reassembled, painted. Word!
