Car is nice man! I've always loved e21s, maybe one day i will find one. Nice gti too, I used to own a mk4 and mk2 jetta. Now the only thing VW I own is the trophy seats in my e30 lol

Well trophy seats aren't a bad part of a VW to own. I really like those seats. And diesel mk2 Jetta coupe is on my list of cars to own someday.

Yeah. Me and a couple friends actually started Slamburglars when we all lived in Santa Barbara. When me and Harry moved to SF we met a lot of norcal guys. I actually randomly had a beer with Andy last week.

I met a lot of the guys when I was a tech at limitless for a little bit.

Bummer you had to give it away. I could use some clean white panels right now haha. I have some surface rust from living near ocean beach, and people keep backing into my car when parking, and I'm bumper less in front so it's a lil beat haha.

That SF parking shit pisses me off lol.

Mine had some surface rust too. Hood, driver door, sunroof, as well as my trunk n shit.
Both front fenders were pretty dinged up lmao.

Yeah I gave it away it was quite the pos with 280k on it, but it came with some goodies, mostly new parts and a rear heckblend that didn't have the license plate holder on it.

I cut a coil out of the fronts. It rides pretty good since the car is on bilstien sports with h&r springs with 323 front housings

Haha. I actually think I have seen that more with the 2002 crowd than I have with the mk3.

But yeah I was spoiled with suspension options for the mk3. There is only a few coilover options for the e21 and I need to save a bit more before they are within budget haha.
