Thanks! for some reason its hard for me to say what my future plans are, I have all of these little projects for parts I'm building for the car that I'm focusing on and haven't really lifted my head up to think about the end goal. I guess it would be to have an excellent oem+ look to it then when you hit the gas and take a turn it leaves you speechless. There will be a turbo in there somewhere.

Nice work, What are some future plans you have for the car?. Seeing all theses IX builds wants me to just get mine back on the road again... She hasn't been on the ground for about 2 mouths.

Haven't installed it yet, idk why guess just waiting until I need it. The quality is excellent, great material choice, machined with a press fit so you don't have to worry about it being on there crooked, chamfered for the weld, I am interested in seeing how evenly the grease gets distributed to the splines in the t-case.

    Will do!

When you went to Europe did you fly Icelandair? The paint color on the engine cowl and the route over Greenland have me wondering. They are also pretty cheap in/out of the Twin Cities.

Congrats on finishing your degree on the new job. If I am ever in Milwaukee I will look you up (I have friends in the area, used to go to UW-Madison).
Thanks, still have a long way to go haha

Yep Icelandair on the way back, they actually had a one day mechanic strike on the day that we were flying to Europe, so they bought my family and I all non-stop flights to Paris through Air France. It was kind of crazy, we booked the flight almost a year in advance and they end up having a one day strike on that day.. THE ODDS!!

Nice! yeah if your ever in the area hit me up. Milwaukee actually has a pretty big car scene but e30 are pretty few and far in between, still a lot better than Minnesota thought haha.

    Right place right time man!

Picked up this completely rust free rear end a few weeks ago, came from Washington state, no salt... lucky Waffles. Got everything cleaned up and getting ready to weld in some reinforcements.

Yeah I actually called and talked with them, they said they could do it they just need to do a group buy otherwise it will be very expensive. I bought these rear axles for $425 shipped. If the ix front axles are anything close to that I'd seriously buy two sets just to have haha. Beats the hell out of $1000 a side for new oem axles. So yeah if you or anyone is interested shoot them a pm or email and let them know there is a demand!
