It's really not that hard, I'm sure the write up I did will need amended, but it's not any harder than the MotoMeter. It appeared people thought 'turning back' the miles was the best way to go.

That looks like a great score of a car and a bunch of work to uncover it. I think your rear rotors are ok, just surface rusty. It looks like the bevel is still fully there on the edges, kinda hard to tell from the pics though. They could make great spares I reckon.

Well, I've made a little progress. After a weekend of fishing with my room mate, I made ad little progress today.

Out with the old, in with the new. Thanks again to ajhostetter for the crack free (mostly) dash.

Old dash is out, now I just need to get a few new parts prior to assembly.

Yeah, he is character, we were walking around Walmart, and we got some looks.

We were fishing for trout. We caught lots of rainbow and brook trout. They were all pretty little (under 12 inches), but it was fun none the less, they were fighters and on an ultralight it's still fun.

Rustoleum semi-flat black enamel. I used this on my other car in the past and it lasted 2 1/2 years so, I'm happy with that.

I decided I didn't want to go with the rubberized coating because it was far more expensive.

Alright thanks. I'm probably gonna have to go with with rubberized one.

Yeah, I'll be checking your thread to see how that works :)

I'll be repainting my car in the near future, so I figured it didn't have to last.

Welp, getting everything back in was a little more challenging than expected. Well, maybe not more challenging, but more frustrated. It was 100 out all weekend.

Got the rear speakers mounted up into the premium sound covers.

I removed the tick marks from my euro clock.

Got my cluster put back together. (messed up the temp gauge so I had to scrounge a new one from the yard)

All red'd my tails, and tinted them slightly with translucent back, followed by some clear. Now they need a sand and polish.

My room mate showed up in his truck for the weekend.

And it starts to come back together.
