Nice find. If I ever find one for a reasonable price (< $6000)... I'd upgrade from my 92 325i vert. Would love an mtech.

The interior is lotus white, the garage halogen light just makes it look tan. I will be recovering this spring so let me know if your still interested.

So in the past week or so I have installed new kyb shocks/ Ie3 springs ans new shock mounts, trunk shocks, Mtech side skirt stickers and a Ryan G. splitter. Car looks and rides much better with new suspension, well overdo for a change!

      Finished

All tucked in before the nasty weather, Stay tuned!

What a find! I can't wait to see what you do with her. Good to see you're already getting her cleaned up. Good Choice on the suspension.

That splitter really ties up the front end.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I have been slowly working on the vert. Trying to get the majority completed before the southeast bmw rally at the Tail of the Dragon.

Anyway, got my hands on a top in good condition, converted the top to manual. Also installed my euro smilies and threw on the Borbets. Still need to raise the rear.

First time I have had the two e30s together, black one is slowly getting an m62 swap.

My new interior shipped today, hopefully install it next week!

I have thought of a red interior too.. With my blue top it would be very patriotic.

Where did your interior kit come from?

                      Nice work!!!

Won't IE3 springs kill those shocks/struts in short order?

Same problem I had with my car, the rear is just to low with H&R Sports. I used some riser pads from IE, didn't raise it up enough I'd suggest some thick spring pads.

                          Good progress!

Same question. My vert is in need of a new interior as well... and cardinal (or whatever shade of red you got) would look pretty nice.

I had this same setup on my m30e30 and it did well for 10k plus miles. I will eventually be swapping my gc coils over from my other e30.

Yeah, too low with 16x9 in the rear, grabbing my rear coilovers this weekend, full adjustability should solve it.

Got the kit from John at ninestich.com, started the install last night and this kit is great. Well stitched and John answered multiple questions about the install. So far so good!

The front corners on that bench look sloppy. Think it is the sewing or the install? More foam?
