Did a little work on the demon tonight and this is what I came up with...
What I started with = NO SPARK, YES FUEL.
COIL primary resistance is ZERO ohms.. (should be .5 ohms)(poss shorted primary coil, POSS DAMAGING ECU)
COIL secondary is 5,750 ohms (5k-6k is spec = OK)
COIL POSITIVE POST has ZERO voltage with KOEO (key on, engine off) (SHOULD have +12V)(possible broken wire between IGN switch and COIL POS+ wire)
I hooked up a IGN switched 12v source to the COIL POS+ POST and now I have spark!
Engine should fire - nope - still no start - possible fuel problem now, since i know i have spark and compression - only thing missing is fuel - could possibly be damaged ECU.

I think I may have found my problem...
I went through the ECU pinout for the ETA connector testing the harness.
every single pinout was good, except for the TPS (throttle position switches)
Pin 2 (closed throttle) - has NO continuity
Partial open throttle - NO continuity
Pin 3 (WOT) - has NO continuity
pretty much no matter what position the throttle was in, it had no continuity..
checked the TPS and its soaked in oil, disconnected the connector and its dripping oil. I havent removed the tps from the throttle body yet.. but im guessing its messed up from the amount of oil I see..
will have an update on sunday.

update.
now have spark, but its still not running, the injectors are not firing..
checked reference and speed sensors in the trans bellhousing and both are producing signal wave all the way to the DME.
also cps sensor is working because i am getting spark.
spark issue fixed:
in the C101 connector, apparently there was a burnt wire and the GRN wire was completely destroyed. PO replaced the wire with a yellow one and switched the wire locations in the C101. The pins male and female in the connector, one was being pushed up into the rubber cover when connected, but when disconnected appeared to be fine.

UPDATE:
She's running, and better than ever.
I go to check my fuel today..
I have fuel pump going, injector are getting pulsing.. so i pull a fuel line and to my suprise there is no fuel pressure in the line..
i jump the FP relay terminals and I test the pressure and flow.. it has flow but very low pressure.. and after i turn it off it doesnt even hold pressure, within a couple seconds its zero pressure...
So i get into the fuel tank and while running the pump look inside through the level sender hole.. and there is a lot of fuel moving around in there.. so I remove the whole fuel unit and...
what do you know, I guess the hose i used could not handle being in the fuel.. replaced it with one that is specifically for fuel only.. and put it back in the tank.. a couple cranks and she fires up running smoothly.. let it warm up and go take it for a spin, and it has more power and throttle response than before.. i was getting sideways in 2nd gear! (prob because I cleaned the AFM and adjusted the TPS and cleaned out the throttle body..lol)
