You must be an e30 noob if you don't know to cut the stock springs in half to get them out.

dude, bilstein HDs are for full height. yes, you are bottoming out. HR race drop the car to the point that you are sitting an inch from the bump stop.

What a fucking noob. I don't see any BC coils or STR rimz. You are doing it all wrong.

Thanks dude! Regarding camber plates, I'm trying to keep this car a bit more street friendly but we'll see how long that lasts :)

Yeah that's the consensus but I've heard they're not as bad as people would think so I gave it a shot. I can definitely feel it bottoming out though, when I back down my driveway diagonally the front will sit on the bump stop and it's still got a good 1-1.5" of fender gap. Still, I got the HDs for near nothing, and the car's leaps and bounds better after I got rid of the tired stock struts. I'll figure something out sooner or later.

Hey it's clean and I took some potato pics:

Though I've had tons of fun in whee30, there's still a kid in me that really wants a r3v special late model coupe with paint, m20, a drop and an is lip. The car's still auto and needs fogs and suspension stuff but it's starting to exemplify the classic r3v look and that gives me many happy pants feelings.
                  paint sucks

If you put electrical tape over the marker lights you'll get that euro look without spending the coin on the trim or lights. Win-Win.
