Yeah that's the consensus but I've heard they're not as bad as people would think so I gave it a shot. I can definitely feel it bottoming out though, when I back down my driveway diagonally the front will sit on the bump stop and it's still got a good 1-1.5" of fender gap. Still, I got the HDs for near nothing, and the car's leaps and bounds better after I got rid of the tired stock struts. I'll figure something out sooner or later.

The car's still auto and needs fogs and suspension stuff but it's starting to exemplify the classic r3v look and that gives me many happy pants feelings.
