made some progress today, the full exhaust is off forget how much of nightmare the headers where. Pulled the trans and pressure washed it. The bell housing was filled with oil and clutch. Oil pan has been leaking for probably ten years. So the whole underneath had a thick coat of oil. I grabbed the wheel brush and just started scrubbing and then pressured washed the whole underneath of the car. Clutch is being replaced with a bayside stage 3 with a JB aluminum flywheel. Shifter is IE ultimate shifter. Then DSSR from garage tastic. Also replaced the clutch line for a stainless one. Didn't wanna cheap out this time around. Just waiting on the engine hoist to get here so I can lift the motor to swap out the oil pan. Also if anyone has any tips with the crank scrapper please let me know.

      So more parts showed up.
      JB racing flywheel
      South bend clutch
      IE shifter

Also everything for my turbo oil feed. When I started thinking about this build I googled my balls off. Creeped through all the forums to get all the sizes down the first time. So for anyone getting ready to turbo there car here's what I used

Now I'm not going to be running the factory oil pressure sensor. I'm using a Aem digital oil pressure gauge.

So worked on the car a little today. Wired the gauges, mounted the boost controller and cleaned up a lot of the wiring. Waiting on the engine hoist so I can change out the oil pan. So just trying to do all the odds and ends.

                    Nice!
Is the manifold/compressor placement sparkplug removal friendly?
Miller's setup won't let you run the velocity stack because of the draw-thru MAF location :o

Plans for the wastegate/downpipe? Recirc or screamer piping the wastegate exhaust?

It appears that it shouldn't be a issue removing the spark plugs, just gonna be a little bit of a pain in the ass. Waste gate im running a Tial 44mm MVR. And hell yeah I'm going to run it open lol. The exhaust is going to be full 3 inch from the down pipe to just duel 3 inch blast pipes. No mufflers or anything. The turbo makes the car so much quieter to begin with i don't see the point.

                          Thanks guys

Still waiting on the engine hoist to get here. Keep trying to find little things to do in the mean time. Debating on how I want to run the intercooler pipping. Thinking about cutting the front bumper supports off to make more room and then having the body shop custom fab me up like a small mount or another way to mount the bumper. Trying to keep the amount of piping and couplers used down to a minimum. I'm also using 3 inch so it's gonna take some more cutting to get everything to fit. Kinda a off question but I've been looking into larger throttle body's. Found this company riot racing any one use one of there's before ? I know it's only a couple MM larger but im just trying to make it as effeicent as possible. Also started looking into meth. But that's gonna be at a much later time.

Installed the second diff mount today from garage tastic. I know I'm probably spelling that wrong but. Fitment was spot on when the car goes to the body shop I'm probably gonna see if they can weld it as well. Just to add some more strength to it. Click image for larger version

Also ran all of the intercooler pipping. This was a lot more cutting then I thought. I cut out the front bumper mounting points/crash bar. And had to cut some of the rad support and more off the front bumper. I know there is probably ways to do this with out as much cutting but I wanted to keep everything as short as possible. Also didn't want a million and one couplers as well.

So still waiting on stuff to show up. Big question is fuel pressure/ regulators. I've seen some people using a adjustable fuel pressure reg from a Porsche 944. My question is what are you guys running. I plan on using 42 pound injectors. With a 255 pump. Boost is gonna be around 10 13 pounds. Also does anyone make like a billet fuel rail or anything like that.

Nuke Performance makes one, then you can get fancy with -AN fittings.

I also use 42lbs injectors and a Walbro 255 pump with a stock regulator and stock rail.

I used this on my old Miller setup (12psi) and still use the same with my Megasquirt setup @ 15psi with a stock regulator.
At 15psi I was seeing ~80% use of my injectors.
