Yes, the oil pan will be included and there is a reduction to 4.5 quarts compared to 4.7 for the stock oil pan. No baffling was added but with the change in the back of the oil pan, oil won't be able to slosh away from the pick up like a stock oil pan.

How close is the oil pan to the crossmember in back or swaybar in front? Do you have any pics of the underside?

Any updates on when the kit will be finished?

That looks good. Assuming that one connector at the top is for the oil level light then your oil pan must also have accommodations for an oil level sensor?
How to remove, install or convert to pop out windows

No the green wire is for the fan relay and the Bosch connector is for the cluster coolant temp gauge. No oil level sensor

Really looking forward to the day I can buy this conversion kit from you! Keep plugging along. I'll be a customer, 100%.

Think I'll do the swap and work out the kinks, and build another engine on the side. The ultimate goal is an F24 with a mild cam and ITBs. Should be about 280whp and crazier than a bag of cats.

I've heard that the F20 vibrates like a mofo. Is this true? How do you combat the vibration if that is the case?

Let's just say, women are going to love riding in your car after the swap, lol.

It's not too bad but I guess that relative because I have 2 other cars with very stiff mounts.

Is that like a 4 cylinder thing? Or is that an F motor type of thing?

all 4 cylinder motors are buzzy, revving to 9k also adds to this lol

as long as it's not hard mounted I assume there should be mount options. hopefully this kit uses BMW mounts or Honda mounts instead of bespoke parts

                              m20 mounts and yep, it's a 4 cyl thing.

on my ITB'd m42 car i put in the vorshlag solid mounts. they broke in after a while, but on the first turn of the key it was like being in a ghetto "love motel" vibrating bed.

i wish you weren't making me think of doing this instead of an m20 stroker; half of the reason i bought the car is it's got the right head for that project. on the other hand, as long as i can use the stock EMS an F2* is fine in california...
