    Awesome! I really can't wait to see it all painted it ! If there is one favor I would like to ask you is if you could please install rear diving board bumper and post a picture of how that looks while the rear valance is on the car ? That's probably what I am going to do for now, just to get a valance on there but would really love to see what it would look like.

    I'm actually going to reapply rubberized undercoating to the whole area and a bit more up onto the body above the seam, then paint the whole thing. The undercoating will fill in any gaps that are left, they're all very small.

    after you grind a bit on those welds,and before you paint i would put some seam sealer between the new valance and the old body. since you can paint over seam sealer it will lokk just like a factory finish:D
