So there is nothing really special about it then? It’s just factory bolt ones from the e30 parts bin?

Am I missing something? Is there any part to this car that is specific to this car?

lol,it seems to be quite a challenge for some of you to understand that this model was not i repeat!! NOT a 325e 4 door, the one above as i said before was a basic 325 with the optioned sports package which you could of had at the time.

The car 320i S EDITION was a Limited Edition model, which came IN ONLY 1 COLOUR which was DIAMONDSWARTZ BLACK only in 2 DOORS, ONLY AS A MANUAL, ONLY WITH SPORT SUSPENSION, ONLY WITH 14" BOTTLE TOP ALLOY WHEELS,COMPLETE DE CHROME EXCEPT THE RAIN GUTTER TRIM, FRONT/REAR SPOILERS,SIDE DECALS, ANTHRACITE FABRIC UPHOLSTERY, GREEN INSULATING GLASS, LEATHER SPORT STEERING WHEEL/GEAR KNOB,BLACK MANUAL ARIEL, MANUAL TILT/SLIDING ROOF.

If thats hard to understand then maybe its YOU who should of stayed on at school!!!

It literally says you can get it in a four door, with an automatic with different color options

It is a very well optioned early car alright, but calling it an ULTRA RARE MODEL is a bit of a stretch.
It is a unicorn spec, as it basically ticks a lot of the UK "Sport" package options before the option of buying a true pre-facelift "Sport" was a thing.

It would have certainly been one of the better spec'd cars on the road in '84, especially with the anthracite sport seats, a fabric which wasn't an available option until '86.
The VIN build sheet doesn't lie though, as it lists it as trim 211.

Very nice car in a great collector configuration, but I reckon it was no more than BMW UK trying to figure the direction for the 3 series market was heading in, before ultimately going in the true UK Spec Sport direction from '86 onwards.

Start a thread on the e30zone and you'll get more specifics than you can handle.

Probably a 12k sterling car these days.

I just saw the sills on page 2, sorry.
But if it were all original and minty mint, it'd be a 12k car.
Worth saving as the overall spec is sought after in Europe. That's the overall spec, not this "S" model notion, until someone proves otherwise.

page 4 Jasonc has listed the brochure its there for anyone to see lol, its not a sports package car! well done e30mclow for nearly getting there!

people take off the blinkers and have a look at the official brochure which Jasonc has kindly listed on page 4.

If someone can tell me another BMW E30 MODEL WHICH ONLY CAME IN "ONE" COLOUR OPTION I WILL RUN UP TO DONALD TRUMP AS HE IS OVER HERE AND TUG HIS RUG!!!

I never said it was. It is a car that predates what is commonly referred to as a "UK Spec Sport".
Man, I thought I was being nice lol.
