Reminds me of the "Accord SE" Honda used to put out once per generation. Low- to mid-grade in terms of appointments/options; not much more than a different badge.Comment

I actually have a set of factory painted early bumpers sitting in the garage right now. You can find pics of them on my E30 picnic for sale thread - they came on one of the MT1 kits we have.
So to summarize - it was painted bumpers, sport suspension and sport seats.
At this point, you'd hope ANY E30 has had the suspension changed, so the originally installed suspension is really a moot point.
+1 on the Honda using this same trick.
Many of the US manufactures loved to do this as well (particularly in 70's) where you had a "sporty" version of the mid level car just to try and sell a less popular model.1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

sport seats were a option, came with standard seats and what was listed in the brochure, totally understand its not very exciting as for size of engine but thats not the point of the op, its the rarity of the actual model its self....it wasn't just a 320 with bits added on it was a limited edtion model check out the brochure above.
Enough now as off to watch the Football/soccer GOD SAVE THE QUEENComment

It's "you're" dawg, among other things.
I once had an E30 that came from the factory with a speaker screw that wasn't installed. Lightweight version of an otherwise basic, run of the mill, E30.
Apparently it was such a rare model that it wasn't even featured in magazines. A true 1 of a kind E30.
Much Rare. Much Wow. Doge has blessed this thread. My previous build (currently E30-less)

I grew up thinking that anyone with a british accent was smart, clever, and refined.
I've since learned that the average Jerry Springer guest is a way brighter light bulb then the run-of-the-mill UK bloke.
No wonder why brits like US TV shows. It's like a goddamn TED talk for them.Comment
