    Want your opinion

I have an Alpine white 90.
I want to install an IS rear spoiler.
Should I color match it? Or balck?
I have lisence plate filler and mudflaps.
Going back and forth with the 2 options and can’t make up my mind .
    Thanks

Definitely color match it. I've seen a black is spoiler on a white 91. And it looks off.

I like them color matched. Gives them a more custom look like you tried to match it as the factory did vs just throwing a black spoiler on from another car type of look. I just did a color matched f10 spoiler today. Looks awesome... Click image for larger version

I kinda like the color contrast of the Front Lip. My Rear IS spoiler is currently color matched, but i've often wondered about painting it black.

if you have black undercoating on the rockers, and at the back, i think the lip in black continues the theme in the front, if you paint the rockers and the back, perhaps a painted lip would work better.......just my 2 cents

I have a black is lip and spoiler on my red e30 and I think the contrast is nice.

But, my 2 cents is, do what you want and not what gets the most votes in this thread.

                        A very viable option too.

as stated before, do not drill the trunk. Run an "i" lip like the car should have.
