So the exhaust is on the car in the above video? Oh my that's loud. It would be too loud for my tastes.

Schneller: The exhaust is, fortunately, not complete in the last video. Also, the camera cut the sound level in half aparently. I found out a few days ago that when you increase CR, you also increase the amount of sound energy that the motor produces, which does make sense if you think about it.My 2.9L Build!

Here's the intake. I got the idea from the BimmerWorld WC intake design. Took me a couple of days to make working on it on and off. It uses an OEM style E36/E39 air filter.
So the only thing left to do that deals with the motor now is to finish the exhaust system and find out where the damn oil leak is. This weekend I should be able to that and get it road worthy. Still waiting on Innovate to send me my LC-1 back.My 2.9L Build!

yea, yea. I know the welds look like shit. That damn sheet metal was a serious bitch to weld without burning through the metal. I ground it down at first and then had to go back over a bunch of places so I just left it how it was. There are no leaks and it works fine. But, that's what you get for flux-core.My 2.9L Build!

Yea, it moves under it's own power now. HAHAHA
I just moved it to the back to use a lift. Surprisingly, the Spec St. 3 (6 puck) clutch isn't really that bad. It's not nearly as harsh as I thought it would be.My 2.9L Build!

WOOT!!!
Just found out that the place I will be dyno tuning at has a DynoDynamics dyno that can do steady state loads for AWESOME tuning capabilities (IE hit every bin in the maps). This means FAST tuning and easier to tune on.My 2.9L Build!

I actually got a chance to drive it today. Holy shit. It is bat shit fast. Even with the crappy base tune that I'm working on. I got my wideband back today also, which is what allowed me to drive it. It was great. I will definitely need stickier tires, stickier than the BFG KDW's that I have.
Oh, I also got the nitrous bottle mounted in the trunk and ran the line next to it. Also put brand new fog lights on. It looks tits.My 2.9L Build!

I'm going to try and get some video of me driving it later this afternoon.
In the mean time, here are some pictures.
