What did you do to your E30 today?

installed high beam delete cheese grater over the high beam light :P
Touched up all the flaky semi-flat black paint on front of ride. Stabilized floppy fog light......

Day 2 of swapping my fuel tank. Old 1 out, new 1 in. Now putting it all back together.

Didn't do much or at least nothing worth mentioning to any of my e30's.
But I did do some work on other e30's this Saturday.

Replaced front suspension on this eta sedan. While bimmerista posts up and gets in the way :p :


Then installed a CD player in txtorquemade's Calypso:

Unfortunately the CD player outputs were fried and no sound came out so had to yank it. :(

And today I looked over another members vert that got towed in friday night:

I'm sure he'll start a part-out thread soon enough 'cause this time its a goner. :(

Retrofitted my OBC into my E30 and tried on my newly made over gauge cluster. I do however have problems making it work. I have some loose wires just hanging out.
Need some help.

A Sergeant Major didnt enjoy seeing Blow Me on the front of a Marines car. So I got my ass chewed forever, and had it removed.

Well it wasn't all today. I got my new fuel tank install done yesterday. Today I had to order a new valve cover breather tube.

Trouble shot the remaining gremlins from my fresh S50's head rebuild. Changed the milk chocolate oil, flushed a few things, cleaned a few things... You know. E30 life.

Picked up a cracked stock m3 front buumper cover for my m3 last night.
Plans are to repair it, shave the plate mounting area and fill the sidemarker holes.
Then paint it the non-bmw color I'll paint my car if I decide not to go with Henna and see if I like it.

pics up tomorrow. the oil spraying wasn't a problem for me, the problem was trying to bolt the fucker back on after i compressed the shocks....i'm gonna drill some "custom" holes because i could only get everything finger tight....smh
