Um, I hope he didn't. That would mean at night he jizzed on the back of it then stuck a sheet on top of the hot cum. When the morning came, the sheet would be glued onto the car therefore looking like Superman.

Installed my IE strut tower bar

Installed the BMW ZHP shift knob. Really nice! Cept it's a bit short with the z3 1.9 shift lever.

changed oil, and filter plus valve cover gasket. continued trying to find the cause of my high idle problem

Replaced my heater valve and rsms. I am going to be sore tomorrow.

What began as a simple differential swap-out has turned gone south. While removing the 4.10, I noticed that my rear crossmember moved around a lot. That cant be good. So I disconnected the S/S hoses and parking brake cables that I had just replaced and dropped the whole rearend. The bushings are toast. I give everything else a good looking-over and find that the RH trailing arm swaybar ear is dicked up as are all the hangers for both TA's. I get on the phone with IE and order some urethane subframe bushings, and some new urethane TA bushings, camber and toe kits, and the billet sway bar brackets. I also placed an order with TMS for some of their crap too. I have a 4 year old rear subframe I took off a parts car so I'm going to use it.

This isn't fun anymore & it's costing me a lot of dough. I'm now on a grilled cheese and Campell's soup diet. I seem to have developed some sort of bad Midas' touch. Everything I touch turns to shit.

the back patio is getting turned in to cabo so the garage is currently a wood shop. i strippped the passenger mount but i'll fix it tommorow while i'm converting my a/c system. it passed the triple digit speed test with flying colors. and remember i painted this in my driveway with crap supplies and no training.

I love that smell. Today I had the M3's 4 new winter tires on the back seat, and went to class. After sitting in the sun for hours in the sealed car...I was in heaven.
