I would post more pics but I dunno if she would get mad. Who knows, she might look at this...lol... Just posted those to get you guys spooled up...

Here are some pics from the last 2 days. Installed the GTO oil pan and the pressure plate/clutch/transmission.

We also weighed the whole package. The front was right around 250 (minus weight of wood) on both sides and 83 at the transmission mount for those who are interested. I don't know what the total package weight of the M20 is, but Bob Heacox (silver LS1 E30 M3) said that his car ended up about 80 lbs heavier and that was with the S14 which I assume is lighter to begin with than the M20. Does anyone know what the TOTAL (i.e. not just the block weight which is listed here http://www.bimmerforums.com/engine_faq/ on the bimmerforums engine facts page) weight of the M20 and tranny is??

    Here are the pics.

    (Says 83 btw)

hahaha, typical r3v, bf.c, or any site for that matter response. Build looks great, can't wait to see it in action. Any plans for what you're gonna use to transfer that power to the pavement?

Here are some pics from today. Taped up the fire lining with aluminum tape. Looks really nice. Got a little help too ;).

We finally got all our hydrolic fittings in too as well as our new valve covers... :D

From Summit. There are a bunch of variations. I think that this was the one that we are using. It is a heat/sound deadening material.
