Damn, Love me a clean mopar. I grew up around them things. My brother had a 71 and 73 dodge charger. His buddy had a 72 road runner and his dad had a 70 road runner.
I love the classic style of them all.

Wow you lucky SOB. I could only dream of such a thing. Only thing I can afford is a mustang :(

That blue Dart only had a total of $2500-$3000 in it maybe. But that was back in the mid 1990's.

Wow nice collection of cars, the corvair is simply amazing. Seems like you have a thing for domestics so how did you end up with an E30?

Thanks! I used to look down apon foregin cars, but after having these past two e30's, i wish i looked into them alittle more in my past. But anyway, I was looking for a daily driver and found an 85 325e. And it began there... Then i bought another 87 325eS. Although i sold it here not to long ago. For those that are wondering, i may pick up another e30. But i'm not out looking for one. If i find one, so be it. If not, i'm sure one will come across my path sooner or later. I'm thinking a 318i (i would like to boost) or a late model schwarz with blue int, or a red on red e30.

Thought i'd update this. Well not much done to the truck. But i did blow up my Firehawk today. So the truck is on the back burner now. And the Firehawk will be brought back with forged internals this time and better heads.

That story sounds very similar to mine. I may have to give up completely on mopars, though.........prices these days are just outright ridiculous for even basket cases. A four-door mid-seventies beak-nose Dart goes for more than what I paid for my 2-door 69; and that was only around 5 years ago!

Since someone asked in another thread, i'll just bump this one. I haven't messed with the Firehawk, and i've been pissing around with the S-15. I've been enjoying my Corvair though. As the question that was asked, about the covair and e30. The Corvair handles pretty good for a car that was made in 1965 and is still on 13" wheels. It does wonder around some on the road, but is a blast to drive. It don't handle like an e30 or any other modern car, but like i said, it will surprise you to say the least.

Still messing with the Corvair. I may sell the Buick here and fix the Firehawk since it looks like i'll be getting another truck that i'm trading for my S-15. I need to cut back on my cars.

But anyway, i put a set of Keystone Klassics on it. 15x8 rear 15x7 front. It had 13" wheels on it. And i put another aircleaner setup in it. This way i'm not sucking in alot of hot underhood air.

Nice airbox! I always wanted to do something like that, but never had the time. I had a 440 dual-snorkel that would have been perfect, but someone on the forums paid me top dollar for it, so I couldn't pass that up.

Yeah, those do go for some $$$$. I had a few people wanting to buy mine on my 67 R/T.
