Well, $200 and a 1996 Honda Z50. One of my friends used to own it. I got it over the summer and I'm just now getting around to working on it. It's an 87 325. It runs, not well, but I've driven it. It won't idle until it's warmed up. After I get all the body work done, I plan on a turbo setup, as it should be cheaper/easier than an S52 swap.
I would have taken more pictures as I started stripping it, but my camera died. I pulled all the carpet and it's rust free on the inside. There's some rust on the C pillar driver's side, but that can easily be fixed.

Check out the seats, they're practically brand new.

My friend who owned it before me decided to glue this dash cover on it instead of getting a new dash board.

Here's what the real dash looks like, it's going to be replaced.

Plans for the body:
I've always loved rat rods, flat black cars with black wheels, etc; and since I don't want to paint my E46 flat black, I figure I should do it with the E30. I photoshopped an E30 M3 for a general idea of what I want it to look like when I'm done.
