exhaust is still lower than the diff cover as is the oil pan, but you are retaining the stock drive flanges or swapping them for ____?

                Damn nice work mate!
When I saw the pictures of your car coming out of the paint booth, I INSTANTLY wanted to respray my car. With a rear plate filler in place I think the taillights will fit well.
I would love to see this in Person, but I'm down in Vic.
Keep up the good work mate!

Man, how nerve racking was pulling and installing the new motor post paint?

Your car is looking beautiful. Keep up the great work!

Man! It is looking so nice! The wheels fit nice man! Every time I look at these I think I would be making a mistake not going with an 18. :)

I might just do the 18 thing. It looks like you wheels will not rub. I am deathly afraid of potholes too....

The whole car is retrimed in suede, with carbon fibre inserts and silver stiching.

mck, what can I say mate- your car rocks! Easily one of the better E30 projects I've seen in Australia, and it's not even finished yet! If I make it up to Summernats in January I'd love to check it out.
What business supplied the engine, and are engines such as this in good supply? I'd love to attempt an engine swap down the track when time and money allows it.

                            Cheers
                            Ben

                              Hey Ben
Yeah by all means come have a look if you get a chance, I hope to have it running by then.
I got the motor from ASV in Sydney and the gearbox and diff etc from Paramatta prestige. These engines and gearboxes are pretty hard to come by, but you might get lucky and find one if your keen but don't expect much change from $9k once you get all the parts, M50 convertion are a bit cheaper but not much.
