okay, so this thing won't bloody start...
i have fuel, i have current going to coil and definitely have vacuum.
i check robertk's thread about the auto tranny switch (pin 65 on ecu) and provided a 12v current and still nothing.
also i just read his thread and will attempt to pull the coil pack and actually plug the spark plug into it and then crank to see if spark plug is actually getting current.
it also has the EWS delete chip.
here are two vid's of how it cranks:

For the sake of keeping everything in one thread
Started it today!!!!!
That dash of oil helped fire this thing up like nobody's business.
I'll have the video up shortly! It sounds pretty good to me, but I can barely tell cause this thing is so flippin loud.
It won't idle though so I need to look into why...me thinks it is the M44 318i MAF

It runs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will have pics and a short video clip up shortly. I have the 325i coding plug but the rpm is still off. When I hit 7,000rpm the needle bounces of and the car keeps going. I have no idea what redline is.
That being said it sounds fantastic all the way up there!
Oh and I know the tach is off because @ 60 I'm cruising at about 3500 rpm which impossible with the gearing.
Getrag 250 and 3.25LSDIG: deniso_nsi Leave me feedback here

RPM/MPH From Gear Ratio Calculator - by Wallace Racing Home of Pontiac Powered Firebirds,Trans Ams,Pontiac Powered Dragsters,Pontiac Power Rules!
Im assuming the e36 trannys have the same 5th gear ratio of 1:1 Stock tire size is 24.0 inches-Chris

I heard that it would be very nice for economy and spirited driving. I mean don't get me wrong this thing is the shit, but I may consider getting a 2.93.IG: deniso_nsi Leave me feedback here

That said, good job on the swap. Sounds mean and burbly!
i think i may keep the 3.25lsd for fun and get a 2.93 for daily work.
it sounds pretty damn mean, the exhaust is completely stock and there is ZERO rasp. i love it...
thanks for the compliments!
its time for me to update my sig :)IG: deniso_nsi Leave me feedback here
