:) Thanks bro!!! Its really cool and super gratifying when your one of probably 5 bmw's at a VW/audi show and there was a constant group of people around your car!!!!! Its great that other people enjoy all the work ive been doing too.

So today i drove it in the rain... what an experience. You honestly cant romp on it in 1 2 or 3rd gears with out going sideways :) its pretty cool. I can drift anywhere with just a little more throttle :) Before i actually had to try lol.

Also did a bunch of reading and i very well could be maxing out the MAF sensor.
One other dude was having this problem on the same motor but a s/c set up. Seeing like 6.5-7 psi boost, breaking up at 5500 rpms, flashing the CEL and afr's going lean.... Hmmmmmmm Sounds very familiar.

So im gonna get my voltmeter tomoro afternoon and see if its maxing out. If so im gonna try my best to finish MS this week and get it installed!!!!!!! I have my car on campus this week so its totally doable. FCUK CP!!!!! hahaha

So tonight i decided to take the long way home :) I ran into a 350Z on the highway. Some guido kid haha. He starts acting like he wants to race. So i put it in 3rd and slow down (50mph) he does the 1-2-3 thing. And we take off... Shifting at 5500 rpms and only making 5psi boost, we were dead balls even. Im pretty confident i could spank one if i could rev it out. With the m50 a chip and "exhaust" i wasnt even close racing a G35. With the g35, i kept up barely in 3rd gear n by the time i was in 4th he would be 4 cars away and then 5th he was gone. So im happy. My cars faster than it was.

Im thinking its the coil packs. Im sure theyre the original coils from 1992. Im gonna try to steal the coils off my dads car (e36 M3) anybody know if obd2 coils will work????

Well its a m50 so stock coil on plug. I bought a set of bkr7e's which are aparently 1 step colder tan stock. I have a set of 4091's at another shop should i get those?????

i think misfire is what it means.

spark, not fuel.

Any ideas why i might be missfiring at 5500rpms?

Got the fuel pump installed and now i easily see 95-100 psi. Still fuckin misfiring!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear you have improved the running issue with re-gapping and filter.

Hope the pump takes care of the problem!!

So, did the right plugs gapped to .024" and the fuel filter. It got better. It doesnt fall on its face and missfire like it used to but its still getting real lean up top. Hopefull the fuel pump will help.

Thanks dude! So do i! Im kinda banking on it being the spark plugs and or fuel filter. I dont know why it would be the fuel pump. Im not making 450whp. Oh well the pumps coming friday so its all good.

Im planning on running a spare intake cam on the exhaust side too. So its a 244 244 cam set up rather than a 244 228 or w/e the stock exhaust is.

Seems alright. Never drive another custom turbo car haha!

Ill let you guys know when ive got the manifold sealing on the head a little better and the fuel to make 9psi. The turbine housing is also HUGE (21cm2) so that doesnt help. I saw about 8 psi by like 4krpm in 2nd gear n then had to shift at like 4900 :( cause the fuel cut.

Im really banking on the filter being fucked and then the walbro i just ordered making it trouble free for ever.

Kanga, Im using stock motronic ecu. BEGI FMU to compensate the fuel department. No HG or studs. Keepin it simple and around 8psi.

Due to my fueling issue, i ordered a walbro 255 today. I hope i get it for the weekend. Autozone has a fuel filter for $16.95 so thats cool. Maybe i can get it tuned decently and start beating on it :)

Even at 5psi and only up to about 5krpm it pulls harder than my dads e36 m3. Its still nothing spectacular. Coming out of corners hard and in boost is a great thing though. My 205 tires arent going to be enough with more boost. Hopefully 8 or 9 psi will be more exciting.

Dyno should be soon as i know a guy who knows a guy and he said hell let me do 3 pulls for free or close to it. :)

Then its time for MS...
