      I counted the number of coils and the springs I installed were 1 coil shorter than the 325i spring I removed from the 89 325i front struts. Side by side the springs were shorter.

          Well, so far so good, no noises or clunking. I kept the bilstein sport inserts, and the ride isn't stiff but not soft to put you to sleep.

          Ride height is still on the high side, next weekend I'll be pulling the dash to install a/c components but I doubt it will sit much lower....

          Anybody go a shot of h&r sports on an early e30?
