I dont have too much to update, the engine and trans it out tho.

Has anyone ever dropped the engine and trans with just jackstands before? My experience could have been easier but its still way better than other cars ive worked on.

Nah, but I'm dying to try it. These sixes are friggin long and getting angle on them with an engine hoist is a pain.

How did you lift the radiator support enough to clear the engine?

Lots of blocks and jack stands. I should have pulled the engine BEFORE i welded in the rad. support....

My experimental front suspension came in today....

Tada! 04 civic coils from the bay... 50 shipped

I heard a rumor about these things fitting up front, so seeing as i only need fronts I'll be a test dummy. They're cheap enough to justify the risk in my opinion.

Took all of 6 minutes to test fit

                      and for comparison...

Well then, we all know how to find cheap front suspension with a huge drop. So far so good, cant wait for more updates.

In theory, it may ride like ass...

I'd raise it up in order to avoid bottoming out the shock!
