fedex appeals process?

ive had really good luck with fedex in the past but ive had 3 claims in the last month and 2 of the 3 have been denied and i dont know about the 3rd yet.
once a claim is denied can you appeal it or what? the shit was packed well and packaged properly. in most cases ecaxtly how it came from germany.
total claims come to 2800 dollars if they deny the evo3 s14 block they damaged.
i cant afford this shit... so does anyone know? can i appeal these? i searched and read on the website but didnt find anything.

Yes, it can be appealed. For that amount, they usually send someone out to inspect.

If they have formally denied, looks like you need to sue. You can try to run it up the flagpole with customer service and see if they will change their position, but I see no administrative appeal process. Make sure you have complied with all of the rinky dink requirements - preserve all packaging and all other info/evidence spelled out in there.
