What about for sport or enjoyment?
Can people not enjoy "assault rifles" on the gun range?

Yes I know you can kill someone with a sharpened picnic knife if you wanted to.
Hand Grenades do not make good defensive weapons.

I mean, imagine an intruder in your home and he hears you pull the pin on a grenade instead of racking the slide on a shotty...

A flash bang would do the trick. But then again he wouldn't be able to hear me rack the slide.

                  ROFL, I peed a little.

                  Trey, bounce.

And, member with no guns from long ago. I'll be one of those wise people once I end up with a firearm in my ownership.

                    Signed up, thanks....

I grew up with guns and keep loaded guns in my house ready to go (no children) , cause you never know.......

I never anticipate using one (on a person) but it sure helps me sleep good at night.

Seriously, I'm still waiting for a certain poster to tell me what constitutes an "Assault Weapon" and why he thinks that people can easily buy/obtain Automatic weapons.

I'm pretty sure he who shall not be named thought I was talking about legally obtaining a firearm when I said I was a phone call away from an automatic AK-47. My point was quite the opposite, however, being that if people want guns they are going to get them regardless of whether or not they are legal. So making guns illegal is only going to take guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens.
