Truth. I quit June 2007. Coming up on two years, and it was a very tough thing to do, but the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Hey...thanks for the support. It's rough.....but my daughters always in the garage with me n shit so I don't want her picking up the habit when shes 8 hiding out behind the garage passin one back and fourth with her friends thinkin its cool.... That and it will be more money to dump into the e30. I have found the best thing so far is to keep my brain occupied.......work was rough but I just decided on my way there at 4 am this morning I wasn't getting anymore smokes. I need to give it up. I'm rather surprised that I haven't really been undergoing any real fits of rage or anything.......I mean I have noticed I am a bit edgy.....and have a fraction of the patience I normally have.....but I totally expected to be overcome with some sort of crush kill destroy mentality which was the main thing that detered me from trying before. Then again this is only day one. I could be in the news tomorrow.

Let me know what you are doing and if it works, I've tried to quit about 3 dozen times since my oldest kid was born.

I quit four years ago after three heart attacks and eleven stents. I didn't feel good enough to smoke.

It's easy to quit; it's just easier to start back.
