I remember seeing this thread but never having the problem. I caught a guy taking my shit out of the dryer with 1 minute still on the timer (we can see the time left). WTF? You can't wait 1 minute? We have 2 dryers broke down so I make sure I time em' out well so no one is waiting for too long. Never had this problem but at least he was putting them in his own basket...??? haha

the best thing you can do is to move. ALL aparments suck. You will always have idiot/asshole neighbors. the only solution is a house, or maybe a condo.

Years ago I lived in an apartment that had a very limited amount of parking spots, but there was usually enough for everyone. Well, I worked nights so when I came home I was pretty tired and just wanted to get to bed. There were two parking spots but some retard (who didn't even live there) decided to park half cocked so the other spot was useless. It just so happened it was a small VW, and I was driving a 1960's tank.. I pushed his car over a couple inches (and over the curb) and parked right next to him anyway.

It's your fault for not being there when the cycle ended.

I lived in a dorm my freshman year of college. If you left your shit in the drier and left it there past the end of the cycle, you were going to find it on top of the drier. I would generally wait a few minutes before removing somebody else's dry laundry, but any more than that and it was coming out. I didn't have time to wait around for maybe 5 minutes, maybe 3 hours, for somebody to move their Hollister shirts from the public drier. I wasn't about to walk back to the laundry room every 10 minutes to see if they had been removed yet, and then risk somebody else taking the drier I was waiting for.

If it's a community laundry room, be respectful of other people's time and you won't have any problems.

You're just going to have to watch your laundry.
Oh, and wheel chocks are all kinds of fun for people in parking spaces. You can put them near the inside of the tire, they'll never see it.
... but having 4 flat tires is even more annoying.
