but I have no use for a thief and you get what you get while trying to take what is not yours, weather its a beat down or dead dose not matter. No in this instance the cops ARE WAY OVER THE LINE, guy was caught and cuffed there was no need to tazer his "ass" or threaten to zap the family jewels.Originally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.

wadcutter is a little over the top but in reality hes not too far off. its like being on a giant slide at the fair. the "top" is the olden days where everyone had respect for each other, worked their ass off to survive and didnt expect a handout. for every rule you relax, law you change and back you turn on an important subject you get closer to the bottom of the slide where you are greeted by h0lmes. and he says "hello and welcome to my world "

Just for the record I did think that the OP was a bit of police brutality, but we do not know the whole story either. If the police were out of hand then they should be prosecuted for the way that they conducted themselves too.
I find it very interesting that ignorant comments from people like holmes in bringing up things like the B of M are totally uncalled for. He may have said that to try and bait me, but he only assumes that I am a mormon anyway as I have never heard of him before.
I try not to talk religion so to speak on these forums as it generally never ends well, but when daniel calls me out with direct inferences that are totally wrong then I have to explain where I am coming from.
As far as me being a bit over the top, well I am known to ruffle a few feathers now and again. I consider that a good thing as if we all thought alike then this place would be pretty boring!
Another thought...the closer we get to anarchy the less forgiving we as a society will be. If I have food and a mob comes around and tries to break in and take what I have, I am more likely to shoot first and ask questions later. If my neighbor comes over and asks me to share I would probably do so willingly even if that meant less for me!
The moral of this story is if you identify yourself as holmes don't bother knocking because you will be getting a few rounds through the head and chest region on your way to the big guy in the sky!The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

I know absolutly nothing about the Mormon religion, so I won't critisize or comment on that, besides that it probably shouldn't have been brought up. I think the point he was trying to get across was something like muslim rule, theaves loose their hands.
The only thing we know for a fact that the complaintant was guilty of was having a loud, possibly physical, disbute with his wife. The cops were called because someone heard an argument. They found out he was an ex-con, kicked in the door, tackled him, handcuffed him, then tasered the fuck out of him. A taser is designed as a non-leathal weapon to quickly and safely subdue a compliant, not a tool of punishment or torture. A hancuffed man who is compling to your requests, complaining that he can't breath after you introduced 1000 kV to his spinal cord does not need any further physical subdueing.

that aside, what gets my hackles up about responses like "if you don't want a tazer up your ass then don't break the law" is that this kind of mindset allows asshole cops like this one to act like an on-the-spot judge. since a lot of people have apparently forgotten; that's not how it's supposed to work...Last edited by decay; 07-25-2009, 10:21 PM.past:

My opinion on the subject of spousal abuse is that most of these guys that smack their wifes around are loosers and drunken idiots. A women that gets smacked around really is defenseless unless she totes a gun or pepper spray and what woman wants to feel like she needs to pack in her own home. That guy that was handcuffed is just as helpless as the woman he beat up and deserves a dose of his own medicine.
Now I am not about vigilante justice or for cops being on the spot judges and jurries, but again we really do not know the whole story and maybe the guy was high and not really complying or being passive once cuffed and needed to have a taser up the ass. Have you ever seen a guy on PCP? Nothing phases them. I will reserve judgement until both sides are fully disclosed and if the cops did step over the line then they need to be prosecuted too.The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

We just need to make the world like Judge Dredd.
Judge Dredd: [sentencing the Block Warlord] Mega City Municiple Code, 213: Willfull destruction of property, that's two years. Code 310: Illegal possession of assault weapons, five years. Code 457: Resisting arrest, TWENTY years! And code 3613: The first degree murder of a street judge...
Block Warlord: Let me guess: Life. [he goes for his gun, but Dredd shoots him first]
Judge Dredd: Death. Court's adjourned.

so why not make the penalty for everything death? then no one would ever do anything wrong, unless they wanted to die.
I find it very interesting that in the old west most disputes were settled between the two parties involved. The local sheriff generally only got involved when things got out of control or after the fact. The interesting thing why I bring this up is that if everyone was packing the likelyhood of you doing something to wrong another would be far less as you would likely get shot for even stupid things. I think you would respect other people far more than we do now. No lawyers, no cops. Just people letting others live their lives and respecting their rights! The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

Wodcutr has good points. If there is a punishment you fear, you are less likely to commit the crime. If the penalty for rape and murder was being sodomized by a hot iron, then having your head blown off, I think the murder and rape rates would go down. Is that extreme? Hell yes it is extreme. Is it a fitting punishment? Probably not. But with so many not fearing just being sent to jail, a place these derelicts view as almost a social gathering, theres not much to fear at all.
No one is necessarily "judging" you as far as your character, your beliefs, morals, etc. go. They are judging the crimes committed, and that is all.
With that being said, was the cop wrong for putting the tazer between the dudes butt cheeks? Yes, he is wrong, he should have just tazed him wherever. But what did this schmuck do to get tazed in the first place exactly? Cops dont exactly taze citizens who are complying with them. I know Ive never been tazed....Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head off

Also, the last part of the article that BJ seemed to have conveniently left off:
A minute later, this exchange occurred:
Officer #3: Okay, I’m gonna take this Taser out of your asshole now. Are you going to fight with me?
Complainant: No, not at all, sir.
So the complainant was FIGHTING with the cop. Hes lucky he just got tazed, and didnt get his ass beat.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head off
