No, she was an independant business.

The trademark swirl is her rendition of the swirl in the blender. just some jamba for thought.

IMO the company has gone downhill significantly.

They are struggling, especially during the winter months, which is why they are coming out with all these "healthy" foods/drinks. They're trying to change their image from a tasty summer smoothie (which costs like $4 a drink) to something that you can go to year round and get healthy shit.

One of the locations near me shut down due to lack of business.

What I do is I go on eBay and buy a whole bunch of those free smoothie cards in bulk and it definitely lowers the price.
I bought 15 cards for $20 once.

You can also buy one 16oz smoothie, get another 16oz smoothie of the same flavor for free (with the coupon), and just combine them to get a Power smoothie (32oz).
