The seat is quite low, and the steeringwheel just barely hovers above your lap

I have yet to check, but I think one usually goes (for a hardtop 20K) i'll have to take a look.

I would love to do a drivetrain swap, but the car handles like shit, (rear leafs ftl)

and has a SUPER SUPER narrow wheel base. if you turn hard enough, it will flip.

for now I think Slamming it and calling it a day would be kinda cool.

its got a 1500 cc MGA motor with s solex single barrel carb. There are a lot of weber kits for the car though.

Nice, Merc 400 -- those were actually over 40, closer to 45. They had some trick parts that people use to hotrod the older motors. Was it still painted white?
