i feel you, though i wasn't big on vol 2 or 3. blueprint only had a feature with em from what i recall. i thought AG was damn good, of course not as good as RD, but damn good. blueprint 3's pretty good, but just like any artist, he's not as good as he used to be.

Rap is not for everyone. If not for Rap, a whole lot of people would have got there wigs pushed back. There is nothing like the Old School cause that was real. These days the Industry Shot Callers f**k these new artist and tell them what they want them to say. Do research. Further more Jay-Z is the Best Rapper Alive not Little Wayne. Wayne is hot because the industry drills his music into everyone. All his best songs put together during the years make up one CD. Back to Jay-Z. Jay-Z is a talented dude. The music he has been making lately is for a broader fan base (Hollywood/International). lol Listen to the lyrics and how they have changed. I find myself saying what in the hell is dude talking about. But remember "Can not Knock The Hustle". lol He still going to do his numbers. Check out his moves for the past years (ex. benefit concert for 911). Number 1 rule. Make Money do not let the Money make you. A few haters
put on Micheal Jackson cause he ran s**t back in the days and was a threat politically. He just won every award then moon walking off the stage. Rest In Peace. Not hating but Country Music back then had one category if not any.

I haven't heard bp3 yet, but I do dig me some ganster beats. I listen to everything. Majority of it is hip hop/rap..but also indie music, and classical. Classical is where it's at! Music from the 60s and 70s is pretty rad too. With that said, I'll proabably buy Jay Zs new album.

^ yeah I really don't get people that say they can't stand a specific genre. There are so many styles that can be broadly classified as rap. Lupe Fiasco is nothing like Necro. Plan B is nothing like Busta. I listen to almost everything, from Band of Horses, to Working for a Nuclear Free City, to Ratatat, to Kanye.

Jay Z is epic fails. Can't get down with it at all. I'm mostly a metalz guy but I like some rap/hip-hop.
