i can be a voilent person, but common sense tells you to be non violent with the minor.
contact the school, and or school security. notify them of the problem you are having. next time he does something, go get someone in authority and show them what is going on. make a stink about it to them. tell them you have an idea who is doing it and rat him out. ask to speak to his parents too.

i used to use my minor status to fuck with people too. never cars though.

if the kid actually had a car, it would be open season on it. gas covered rags stuffed deep into the muffler with a broom handle, small dead fish into the cowl vents, great stuff on the inside of his rims. pieces of bologna laid out on the hood in the sun. remove all but one lug nut and leave the one on by one thread. id even go as far as taking a chisel to the body work and just start punching holes. cuase i warned him not to touch my car after he did it the first time, he used up his pass with me. unfortunatley, he rides with his freind. his freind has done nothing to me.

Be a girl. Turn his friends and everyone else against him, trash his confidence and self-esteem, and fuck with him emotionally and psychologically. Far more painful and damaging, not to mention evil. You're older than him but not old enough that he can use it against you, which means you've got the upper hand here.

Tips:

- Laugh when he asks questions or does something wrong, but don't be fake about it. Just make it obvious enough that he notices you snickering or smirking in amusement.
- Be cool to his friend and try to befriend him as well as everyone else. Exclusion sucks.
- Drop casual comments whenever you can, reminding him of his age and inexperience.

its an adult automotive technology class at a technical school, they also do vocational classes and they bring in kids from the highschool for half days to this calss as well.the situation has been resolved thankfully. if the kid so much as looks at me wrong he's out of the class. you can say i was whining on the net all you want, but i was also busy filing a report witht he school security officer, and having a teacher witness what was done to my car. i also put the kid in a corner when the teacher was out in the shop and told him to his cafe not to touch my car again. he bitched out, then snuck out and fucked with my car again. ive treid a few times to piss him off enough to hit me. he wont. since the report was made and he was spoken to by the administrator, he hasnt said a word to me, or tried anything else.
