      A zillion. It is slightly amusing how hand built they were and amazing. Not so say without flaws...but.....Detroit, for 30 years, had to use sledgehammers on the factory assembly line to get parts to fit.

                    This one man band is hand crafting them in about a years time (completing a few models at a time to boot)...

                              Last week I was asked to help put the engine back in a '59 356A coupe. Sweet car. It was fun, I learned a lot. Amazing to me that whole thing hangs / cantilevers off 4 bell housing bolts.
