^^ what he said, I have an old school wheel. I don't know if it will even work with new PS3 tech, haha.
Speaking of lap times, we should post ours here for the stock and tuned Z.YOUTUBE: AR Perez

I need to get a wheel and get used to using one. I always try once I've had a few beers over at my buddy's house and I can't get used to the wheel at that point!Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

the driving dynamics engine on this game needs to be tuned better. of course now all the nay sayers will point out that its just a demo, so whatever.

Just played for the first time for about half an hour and I am very impressed with the physics. Never before have I felt the weight of the car on the steering wheel...just plainly awesome.
I struggled quite a bit in the beginning getting used to the physics. This game really makes you pay attention to the dynamics of the car. No more throwing cars into corners like in the previous iterations.

Just ran again. 1:37.078 for tuned, 1:49.376 for stock. In 13th at the moment.
Really doubt I will catch the leaders. About a .7 out in tuned, and .9 in stock. Really struggling to find the extra time.
Hope to break into the '36s next time out in the tuned. Then, back to stock for some major work. LOL!
If you want to follow my progress (or regress!! LOL) my tag is GTP_Spyhunter. Oh, and you can add me to your friends list as well. (I race clean, and fair. ;) )

I'm currently 113th. I know where I can find some time, just had some trouble last night bringing it together...and it was my first time playing, so hopefully I'll be better tonight :)
I just learned you can adjust traction control on the tuned car, so I'm gonna have to check that out.
Also, I wanted to ask what wheel you use? I have the second gen. wheel (180* total steering) and am beginning to wonder if it'd be worth it to upgrade to a G25. What do you think? Have experience with both?
And just for fun (and out of curiosity), who hear drives without pedals? Since I don't have a stand or any space for one I use the paddle shifters as gas and brake and R1 and L1 for shifting. I just lay on my bed with the wheel between my legs, lol. Anyone else do this?
