Got the game. Bought a miata to start off with. My brother cut me off, because we have to play in turns. Argh he counted the 1 hour install as turn time :hitler:
Hmm I only did the first 6 or so rounds of License B. I got gold on like 2 sliver on 2 and the rest bronze, not really trying, I wanted to do as many as possible.
So far I can say the graphics are nothing like GT4, they arent sharp as those were. Also cars look funky, I think its my tv's aspect ratio though. Also I love how you can feel the understeer, and I dont know about oversteer yet... havnt driven a fast car on it yetComment

What kind of PS3 steering wheel do you guys use?
I want to try the GT Academy, but I think I need a steering wheel.

$100 for CE. my E30 key now resides on the GT fob... :D
Reasons to buy PS3:
1 - GT5 rocks. So far, pretty happy with it. I think better physics than Forza. I bought a PS3 for this game. Then bought an XBOX to play Forza 2/3 until GT5 came out... lots of time in Forza land. Graphics look great. AI seems to actually be better? time will tell on that one.
2 - if you don't have a blue-ray player, this works for it.
3 - its not as sexy as the wii. oh wait. that doesn't help. But since you can't get the ad girls anyway, the PS3 itself looks better....Ben
