True, but DON'T cut the dumpling! It is offensive to the cook. It's the equivalent of demanding a steak knife to slice into someone's pumpkin pie. You are supposed to gently pull it apart with the tips of the utensils, displaying to anyone who cares how incredibly light & delicate the dumpling is.
