Iraq didn't provoke us, Vietnam didn't provoke us, Korea didn't provoke us, the Native American tribes didn't provoke us. Japan provoked us yes, but this doesn't justify the use of nuclear weapons. Iraq= invaded a sovereign country (Kuwait) and threaten the Saudis that asked for our protection. 2ed time may have been trumped up some and I do agree the we really should not be there at the moment. But THEY DID/DO have WMD's We gave them to them in the 80's we still have the fucking receipts

Nam= the North invaded the south, The south asked for help in keeping their sovereignty. Only after the french left. The natives were trying to kick out the french (nam was a french colony for about 100 years) and got the help from the commies, then the commies decided to keep going.

Korea= Again the North invaded the south, The south asked for help in keeping their sovereignty.

The Indians yeah there was some bad shit that happened then as well. But you cant compare those times to modern Progressive Mind set for human rights. Besides if the indians had all the advantages they would have done just the same to everyone else.

wwII, how weren't they, The fire bombing of wood Japanese cities was as bad if not worse in human attrition than Little Boy or Fat Man. Do you even study history where you go to school???? Do you know the casualty rate of taking Okinawa???? If the main land was attacked the rate of attrition for both US/Allies and Japanese civilians and what remand of the military would have been unthinkable. Human wave attacks of women and children armed with pitch forks and kitchen knives. The possibility of the being bombed into extinction in a matter of days is why the japanese surrendered when they did.

Go talk to you aunts uncles and grand parents or any other Old people about those times, and really go to you local VFW hall and talk to the men and women that served in those wars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Learn from the people that were there and listen to them about what happened there. Many of these people are about to be gone for good and their stories lost for ever. I was lucky I got to talk to my Great Gpa about his time in the trenches of France on the western front in WW I, My great uncle and Gpa about the European theater of WWII, both My G/F gpa's about Korea and my dad and many of his friends about Vietnam.

My bad, I was mistaking Okinawa for mainland Japan. My point still stands though.

My grandpa grew up in Britain during the war and survived the Battle of Britain. He has seen plenty of shit and has shared stories with me. I don't doubt for a second that our soldiers died for a worthy cause during World War II. In fact, I think about it a lot. Hitler was pure evil and would have taken over the world if given the chance. We were the good guys in that war.
