Over the past few days Law Enforcement Against Prohibition has been ripping up the Drug Enforcement Administration for not updating their website in regards to the American Medical Association's
view of marijuana as medicine. Two weeks ago the AMA House of Delegates, basically the voting body on whether doctors think something is a good idea, voted in favor of looking to reschedule marijuana. Currently Marijuana is a schedule one drug, meaning that it has no medical value. Obviously doctors and patients in 13 states feel otherwise but that's another story.

This is going to turn into a weed vs anti-weed argument anyway, so I'll just throw my two cents in now.

I have never smoked weed in my life, and don't necessarily plan to. I have nothing against it, it's just a choice I made for myself.
Alot of my friends smoke, some of them occasionally, some of them only on weekends, some of them everyday. I have nothing against them as people, and don't really care if they smoke, as long as they don't try to give me shit about not smoking.

However, people like the OP give pot smokers a bad name. You ar the type of person that gives people that light up a bad name. That entire post was just so ridiculous and retarded. I don't care if you smoke, but don't go onto an internet message board and spout off mindless fucking drivel that no one can understand about something that seems totally pointless (IMO).

anyhoo, the AMA did change its stance on cannabis recently, and i think its a step in the right direction. Aside from its possible medicinal benefits, i dont see anything wrong with its for personal use.
