B. They were having a snow fight on public road.... Idiots could have moved to a park or some sort of stadium.
Not saying cop was right, but there a lot of reasons for a 1 (one) cop to face a 200 adrenaline rushed maniacs with snowballs. People may not have known that he was a cop as he tried to disperse the crowd. Especially with those few assholes yelling at the cop. Personally, in that situation, I'd love to to see a "Don't tase me, bro" and the idiots yelling obscene things at cops...Comment
