Already read Brave New World. I don't think its 100% better. But I get where you think the two books have a common thread.

Hemiman, yes Call was a great read as well, haha

LSD, The long walk was my favorite from the Bachman books as well, read it as a kid, and it left a lasting impression, I find my self thinking about the impact of SK's stories for years sometime...

And I would be perfectly happy if he would write a dark tower book avery couple of months...forever...

            my favorite.

surprising how many of his books tie into Roland's story though isn't it?

Yes, like almost all of them. I totally tripped in at the part in Wizard and Glass that referenced The Walking Dude/The Stand.

I'm almost half way through The Wolves of the Calla.

                      Waiting on this one---

The much anticipated first volume of an autobiography of Mark Twain has finally seen the light of day.
Twain, whose real name was Samuel Langhorne Clemens, had left instructions that his autobiography could not be published in full until 100 years after his death.
Twain, who died in 1910, had even asked that one portion of the autobiography be held for 500 years after his death. Over the years, publishers have printed portions of his autobiography, including the one that Twain requested be held for half a millennium (it was published in 1963), said Benjamin Griffin, one of the editors of the Autobiography of Mark Twain and associate editor at the Mark Twain Papers & Project.

Oh I know it was an extremely slow and to hard read at first but it's getting better as I go. The way he created middle earth and history of elves and men is pretty damn interesting though, it kept me going.
