found both my m-audio mixer and my v700 phones with google. i can verify durability on both; they lived through a tour in iraq. kinda like if burning man lasted an entire year.
the m-audio doesn't have a jog wheel, just forward/back buttons that can be MIDI-assigned so if you are just getting started you probably want to learn on something else. i think numark came out with a similar-but-bigger USB/MIDI device with more traditional controls. if you get used to a setup like that then the learning curve for pioneer CDJs will be shallow, and that's what most clubs have. or you could just get real CDJs, but when I thought about what i wanted to do with $2k, the turbo setup won out.
