It's not just BMW, 99% of modified cars in Australia are in the tasteless show car style. No one here has a clue about performance, handling and balance. It's all about how many inches your dinner plates are and how many subs you can fit in the boot.
On the odd chance that someone actually modified their car for performance it's generally for Dyno shootouts and bragging rights, the power is never used and the suspension and brakes are rarely upgraded to match.
Very few people have any taste and those that do generally track their cars on a regular basis whether it be circuit, drift, rallies or hill-climbs.Last edited by Chaos Theory; 11-07-2010, 11:42 PM.
