I just thought of it..... Get a 99-01 body style (GC-8 I think???) 2.5RS. They look the tits, they are pretty damn fun, and are PRIME candidates for swaps (they're the e30s50 swap car of the Subaru world. Stuff a WRX drivetrain or STi drivetrain into the thing, and win :) )

there was a kid with one of those at a auto-x i did last summer but its just not my style

and the r32 feels solid my neighbors 2005 2.5GT Legacy just feels cheap and idk like a STI but minus the power/handling

I may be going out to Breckenridge to visit some friends that moved out for snowboarding/school and go to CMC and itll most likely be over spring break

Yeah they werent the brightest bulbs back when they went to HS, but there having fun and there house they rent is pretty nice and there close to there college so it worked out well for them

The R32 is semi pointless to get. It's a VW guys car...while other manufacturers at the same cost make it look slow and fat.

my first 2 cars a 1998 durango that was my brothers beater and a 2000 323 which i have now and was my moms car untill the durango fell apart shortly after i got my license were given to me, but the 323 had 129k by the time i got it and my mom was planning on trading it in and they were going to give her like 4-5k for it and it had all the matnence done to it and we owned it sence new so they gave it to me instead of trying to find some other pos, and i landscaped over the summer and made a decent amount of money doing that then a recent loss in the family brought in a bit more money and i am using some of that to get a new car along with my money from this summer.

so i guess you could say my parents did give me some stuff to get me rollin

Not everyone has parents to give them a nice starting car and then the means to get something nicer. At 17 (and still in hs) you should be damn well lucky to get an r32 or s4.

I really think in high school people should have cars <5k because no matter what you say you will do stupid shit. It's just the nature of high school.
