I would do that swap all day long. stock m3s are boring. a cobra is going to be roughly ten thousand times more fun

I would, don't know the maintainence the M3 has but its probably getting to the age/mileage that its going to need more money than the Mustang to keep it going in top shape.

I would keep the M3. Even with IRS it's a fox body mustang. Just sayin.

I stand corrected. 40% fox body.

Trade, there is a guy around here that comes to the meets with a Kenne Bell Cobra, sounds like the fucking apocolypse. I was riding shotgun when my buddy raced him with his SRT-10 Viper and it was like the viper was standing still.

I dont know much about these Kenne Bell cars, but hey if it is a deal to trade it for an e46 m3, then what is the problem selling it down the road a bit. you might actually profit a bit?Or just trade it for the next greatest thing or if the m3 bug has returned then you just get an m3. Its not like the guy is selling his soul and turning he back on BMW forever.

M3's are a lot easier to come by. A buddy of mine searched for a solid 6 months, (and still keeps an eye out for) a stock clean 03/04 cobra, coupe black, or silver. He was bouncing between this and an e46 m3, but simply could not find a very clean example of either from a dealership.
