    P90x

Anyone done it or doing it?

I think it might be too much for someone of my fitness level, so I'll probably do Power 90 Boot Camp first.

Feedback from those that are doing it or have done it?

I did it for a few weeks, but then got bored with it and stopped. It's pretty intense though. 6-8 hours of exercise a week doesn't seem like much until you actually do it. Even in just the 3 or so weeks I did it, I noticed an improvement.

Doing over 100 push ups and 100 pull ups in the period of an hour was fun. lol

Yeah I did it for a month or so. its tough to stick with. I was doing p90x and I have been consistently working out for a few years and there were days I felt like throwing up after the workout. Its intense.

I did p90 for about 7 months, then had a rash of broken bones, (wrist, elbow, hand) and stopped doing it. I picked it up again about a month ago to get ready to do the p90x. I just have not got the motivation to start it yet.

Plus, it's all in .mp4 format, and I'd like to get it onto DVD's.

Its fucking intense, and I feel stupid getting that killed in my living room being all sweaty and shit. Go ride a track bike on a nice scenic route for a few hours, and tell me which is more satisfying result wise. (Or road bike, its whatever.)

Its only for people who don't want to workout at a gym...believe me. The big dudes and the hotties at the gym motivate you and thats what most of us need to keep going. I'm just saying
