I don't usually like mustard, but Inglehoffer makes some good stuff. I only eat it on things like bratwurst though.

Although a boring national brand, Grey Poupon is one of the best out there, worth the price. Trader Joe's dijon is also pretty good. Any tiny jar of mustard from you local "we don't speak english" asian market is cheap and will blow your head off. Mostly horseradish, I would guess.
French's & its generic equivalents are for people who want to put something on their hot dog, but don't like mustard. They refer to any dijon variety as "Heavens to Besty, that would be a little spicy, eh?"
