all 3, no question. only problem with that pic is that all the girls are white, give me some black and asain girls and then we could really have some fun!

btw, i am 5'9, 375lbs. 20% body fat, so if i only had 4-5% body fat i'd be around 300lbs and ripped like the hulk.

I've always been a skinny dude, I don't eat very much naturally. Started going to the gym a long time ago, had to force myself to start eating more. I'm about 5'11 165lbs.

I know, cool story bro. And that girl in the middle is fucking bomb. No idea how anyone else could pick either of the other two chicks over her.

"fat bottomed girls, they make the rockin world go round" Freddie Mercury knew this and he was gay! So yeah the one on the right! No to the one on the left, look at those discusting Boney knees and gross shoulders. She beraley qualifies as a woman to me! I respect the fact that we all different opinions but it's crazy in my mind.

I am a big guy, but I didn't ahve a problem putting on dropping 30-50 pounds depending on conditioning. Kind of wish I'd still play football to motivate me to lose weight. Either way, I don't feel like it hinders me at the size I'm at now.

So yeah, I'm fat cause I'm lazy. I believe this to be true for all other fat asses.

Can't help a fast metabolism, although I'm not complaining. I am doing less weight with faster reps, although being smooth and keeping best form are key. I am getting results as I am actually getting stronger as well while keeping my body weight down.

    ahh very cool.
once i was done with track in HS i figured it was time to put on weight, so im doing low reps high weight and its a noticable difference.

good deal though, i love not being fat! was that mean? ehhhhh fuck it

I do the same, as another guy was asking depending on your lift style you will get different results, more weight with less reps is better for putting on muscle from what I have been reading, which is the best setup for my body type(sounds like you have a similar body type). I have put on a decent amount of weight this year by hitting the gym, going from probably 146-7 back in August to 155 now, which is still pretty ridiculous for a 6'3 frame lol.

I can appreciate your attempt at humor here, but really its no laughing matter because there is way too much truth in that statement for those that live it.
