i just have to force myself to go. the shitty thing is my gym closes at 9pm not much time to shower, eat a little bit and hit the gym for 1 1/2 hours.

it is hard to get super motivate to train hard right now, because i an going to have more surgeries soon, so all the hard work will go away because of the trama. i am just trying to maintain and get leaner so when i can hit it hard again i will be leaner ro start with.

thats pretty quick. my quickest 5k was 19:43.

running makes you lean out like crazy. last year, i went from 150 to 140lbs within 2 weeks when i started running 12-15 miles a week when i was training for OCS.

if you want to gain weight, stop running. eat protein bars and lift.
